With over 35 years on the ocean, Captain Kevin Dunn has been fishing since he was eighteen. An Oregon native, Kevin has fished both the west coast and Alaska for various species over the years. Kevin and his family make their home in Warrenton, Oregon and he fishes year-round for groundfish skippering the fishing vessel Iron Lady.
The fishing vessel Iron Lady is an 80-foot trawler that was built in 1980 in the state of Alabama. She is now skippered by Captain Kevin Dunn from her home port of Warrenton, Oregon. She can carry over 100,000 pounds of bottom fish.
For nearly 80 years, Bornstein Seafoods has been providing the finest seafood products available. The Astoria, Oregon location situated on the Columbia River is the only modern groundfish processing plant to be built on the West Coast in over 25 years. Operating year-round, Bornstein’s Astoria employs over 140 people. In addition to groundfish, Bornstein’s processes Dungeness crab, salmon, albacore tuna, sardines and shrimp.
